Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage pricing and fee income to improve product competitiveness (N=C) and increase profitability of portfolio including the analytics driven pricing model, continuous experiment, and discovery on the price sensitivity segment.
  • Design and implement end to end tactical marketing campaigns and initiatives for customer pricing and fees.
  • Work with various stakeholders such as customer centre, technology, operations, and analytics to develop, enhance and implement customer journeys relating to pricing and fees.
  • Track, monitor and analyse the financials. Be the first line of defence to ensure business profitability. Recommend plans and strategies to grow the unsecured line of credit business for overall profitability.
  • Work closely with business analytics team and analyse unsecured lending’s portfolio for insights and business opportunities.
  • Perform and implement system-related initiatives and enhancements.
  • Participate in horizontal organisation (MtJ) as dedicated squad member to deliver customer and business outcomes through managing customer journeys.
  • Support day-to-day customer enquiries on pricing and portfolio related queries from touchpoints and support units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Banking Industry is preferred.
  • Good grasp of the Unsecured Lending products and/or portfolio activities.
  • Good appreciation of the product and competitor market trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills & posed meticulous nature in all aspect of works.
  • Driven, consistently meeting expectations and resourceful.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
