Product Manager I 1 Year Contract I up to $7,000 per month

Position: Product Manager

Location: Queenstown

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $7,000 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of digital services and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and contractual obligations.

• Manage and maintain the EMA intranet on SharePoint Online, ensuring smooth operation and content accuracy.

• Monitor and analyze digital touchpoints, website analytics, and data to optimize service performance.

• Identify and implement appropriate digital tools and technologies for better service delivery.

• Assist in researching new digital solutions and support the service design process with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to analyze product performance and improve outcomes through data insights and design thinking.

• Support digitalization initiatives, including data-related projects, and contribute to innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies.

• Conduct customer research and analysis of launched products to identify improvement opportunities and propose re-engineering strategies.

• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and security requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and team members, providing project updates and facilitating timely decision-making.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, ICT, data analytics, or service design.

• Strong understanding of digital service delivery and transformation projects.

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and web analytics tools, along with a basic understanding of RPA (e.g., UiPath) and cybersecurity principles.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and listen actively.

• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
