Product Manager (Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Planning
   • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company's healthcare transformation goals.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
   • Translate complex healthcare requirements into clear product specifications and objectives.
2. Product Development and Execution
   • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including research, ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
   • Partner with technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
   • Conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on product design and functionality.
3. Market Research and Analysis
   • Monitor healthcare industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform product decisions.
4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
   • Define success metrics for products and regularly track performance against goals.
   • Use data-driven insights to recommend enhancements and drive product improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, technology, or a related field.
• End-to-End Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
