By collaborating closely with the business team, we leverage game design elements and principles to enhance marketing campaigns and our users' daily interactions with Shopee, driving both engagement and conversion. Job Description

1. Understand our users and gamify engagement features to drive business metrics while creating fun and delightful user experiences.
2. Constantly analyze our key metrics to identify potential issues or business opportunities and come up with feasible solutions or new improvement ideas.
3. Effectively communicate product plans, context, and outcomes with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
4. Collaborate with data PMs, UI/UX designers, engineers, and game designers to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any related major.
2. 3+ years experience in product management. Domain knowledge in e-commerce, growth or gaming are highly desirable.
3. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively.
4. Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
5. Strong ownership and team spirit.
6. Bilingual in English and Chinese to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with the China stakeholders.
