Product Manager/Director (B2B SaaS- Fintech) | Perm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle of B2B SaaS offerings, from concept and design to launch and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a high-quality user experience.
2. Data-Driven Product Development: Utilize data analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
3. Global Market Insights: Conduct research to understand customer needs and behaviors across different regions, driving innovation and localization to cater to specific markets.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and proactive risk management.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years in B2B SaaS product management or fintech product development, with a successful track record in global markets.
3. Proficient in data analytics tools for tracking product metrics and making strategic decisions.
4. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
