We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge solutions. This role involves shaping and implementing a comprehensive strategy to enhance engagement between brands and consumers through targeted, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement an overarching product roadmap that aligns with market trends and business objectives.
• Innovation & Development: Drive the ideation, creation, and rollout of advanced retail advertising solutions that elevate brand engagement.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, assess market dynamics, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize advertising offerings continuously.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in product management within e-commerce and Technology sectors.
• Strong track record in leading product teams and launching high-impact solutions.
• Proficiency in data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
• Deep understanding of advertising technologies such as programmatic buying, ad networks, and targeted audience solutions.
• A results-driven leader with a strong strategic mindset.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinker with a passion for solving complex challenges.
