Job description

Job Description:

  1. Formulate, develop and implement business strategies/plans for Manchester United and FC Barcelona Cards to support & contribute to the overall Cards & Personal Loans business goals and objectives.
  2. Formulate, develop and implement customer acquisition strategies/plans for both credit cards and unsecured credit products to grow both the customer bases respectively.
  3. Formulate, develop and implement customer retention & anti-attrition strategies/plans for both credit cards and unsecured credit customers to strike a balance between retaining customers vs collection of annual membership fee.
  4. Develop product proposition, pricing, & promotional campaigns for Co-Brand credit card product(s).
  5. Constantly review and rationalize current suite of products and services against the ever-changing market landscape to identify opportunities for introducing new services or enhancing current services to meet the changing needs of customers.
  6. Manage day-to-day product marketing for Segment card products such as product delivery, experience, and communication strategies, as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
  7. Stay updated on the costs used in marketing and portfolio activities as well as key product benefits to ensure that the costs are managed in the most efficient way.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking/finance industry.
  3. A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and ethics.
  4. Football fans preferred.
  5. Result-focused with team leadership skills and deep relationship management experience.
  6. High degree of “figure it out” factor and self-sufficiency.
  7. Able to cultivate open communication among teammates to actively promote the exchange of ideas.
  8. Able to function in high-pressure situations, quick to adapt, recover, and reset priorities in the ever-changing business environment.
  9. Innovation-driven with awareness of the latest payment trends to champion ideas and new ways of doing things.
  10. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with other lines of business to cross-sell the bank’s products and services.
  11. Deep entrenchment in the consumer cards community with a wide relationship network.
