Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (e.g., Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Operations, Credit Control Unit, Credit, Business Support Unit, etc.) and the Technology team to gather and understand business process flows and document process flow charts and logics.
Understanding the business and credit requirements and context, liaise with internal stakeholders and users to analyze and document as-is process flows.
Prepare documentation on field mapping logics (e.g., validations, field conditions, dropdown values, etc.), system logics (upstream/downstream mapping) in a clear, organised, and structured manner.
Consolidate process and field mapping logics and perform analysis on differences and nuances across markets (Singapore, India, Hong Kong).
Acquire a strong and deep understanding of the business process flows and business logics to understand the context/rationale for the current build.
Provide regular, proactive updates on project documentation progress to stakeholders and senior management on scope, timeline, and issues.
