The Product Manager is responsible for the execution of the product roadmap (Mobile app and Web app), from conception to launch and optimization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Align with stakeholders and Global Product Director on the product roadmap.
• Benchmark leading solutions and new features/technologies aligned with our product strategy.
• Gather info from stakeholders/users/partners and validate main pain points.
• Align with the medical board on practitioners' needs.
• Write and maintain product specifications and work with UX/UI designers to finish requirements.
• Be responsible for engineering handover and product backlog prioritization.
• Build an agile culture and run scrum activities with Engineering teams.
• Define UAT and unit tests with the QA team.
• Test and improve on user feedback.
• Improve product analytics to support data-driven product optimization decisions.
• Run A/B testing.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years of experience in a mobile product management role.
• Figma is a must (for wireframing and flowing) and have a good UI/UX understanding.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of mobile industry trends, best practices, and user experience.
• Excellent collaborative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent in English for working with global stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience in digital health & wellness is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is a plus.
