About the role
Utilities Monitoring/Billing System.
Specify and curate user stories and system requirements for development sprints
Conduct interviews with internal and external stakeholders where required to gather feedback and insights
Collaborate with Project Manager and Vendor(s) to create and communicate proposed IT solutions to internal stakeholders
Assist with testing of new system features
Curate key decision points and ensure follow-through by Vendor(s) and operations team
Product Development and Commercial Support.
Timely support of commercial activities with business proposal preparations
Acquire proficiency in C&W in-house corporate systems to facilitate approval and clocking of project opportunities
Proper curation of business interactions to inform business trends and client needs
Channel business and client insights into proposals for product development and marketing pathways
Propose, validate, and implement improvement features to C&W suite of Energise products
Green Advisory Delivery
Collaborate with technical team to deliver best-in-class consulting and advisory services to clients to support the procurement of Environmental Attribute Certificates AND/OR (Virtual) Power Purchase Agreements
Specialise in a sub-topic of interest and establish oneself as subject matter expert within team
Thorough research and curation of market information for translation into consultancy material for effective communication
Scope out and determine developmental plan for potential new consultancy areas that require further capability building
Enforce knowledge management framework for consultancy materials to enable rapid retrieval
About you
Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building or relevant related discipline from a recognized tertiary institute
At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management and business development portfolios
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
