Product Manager

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our mobile trading platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting product strategy, driving feature development, and enhancing the user experience for verticals/scopes assigned to you. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to bring innovative solutions to life. Your work will be instrumental in delivering an engaging, intuitive, and reliable platform that our users trust and love.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and drive the product roadmap for our mobile trading platform, aligning with company objectives and user needs.
2. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
3. Identify user needs and pain points in trading/investing journeys and translate them into feature enhancements or new product offerings.
4. Prioritize and manage a backlog of features, enhancements, and optimizations to increase user engagement and retention.
5. Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
6. Work closely with engineering to understand technical requirements and overcome potential roadblocks.
7. Collaborate with design and UX teams to craft a compelling, user-friendly interface and smooth navigation flow.
8. Monitor key product metrics, analyze user feedback, and use data to inform decision-making and prioritize features.
9. Conduct regular product demos and communicate updates to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
10. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in mobile trading, fintech, and product management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Must have experience having launched features on mobile native apps.
3. Proven experience working on trading or investment platforms is highly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of mobile development processes and mobile UX best practices. Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts and managing technical complexity is preferred.
5. Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around product goals and roadmap as well as the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Familiarity with product management and analytics tools (e.g., JIRA, Roadmunk, Google Analytics, Tableau, Marketo).
8. Fast learner, diligent and open to learning new things and accumulate domain knowledge over time.
9. Passion for fintech but also on building delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
10. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment.
