We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, user acquisition, partnership and business development, and supporting the growth of Suntory’s Web3 initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy Development: Create and execute business cases to attract user acquisition and growth opportunities while fostering a thriving ecosystem around the product.
  2. Growth Strategies: Design and implement growth strategies to expand the product’s use cases and drive product adoption. Identify opportunities to improve the product’s growth through data-driven decisions, and work with the product team to align growth strategies with product development, feature release, and roadmap.
  3. User Acquisition and Activation: Implement tactics to optimize onboarding flows, ensuring that users can easily understand and use the products. Work closely with the marketing team to leverage various channels to increase brand awareness and coordinate initiatives that will help attract users.
  4. Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Use data to identify areas of improvement to optimize products. Create reports to share growth performance with leadership and stakeholders.
  5. Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage potential ecosystem partners to drive revenue, adoption, and growth. Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  6. Go-To-Market Strategy for New Features or Product: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies for new features, products, or updates to maximize exposure and user adoption. Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure new features are introduced in a way that excites the target user base and drives growth. Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust product positioning and messaging to resonate with users.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and relevant departments in Suntory Holdings to align on growth initiatives and ensure smooth execution of features, improvements, and consistency with product and business objectives.

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree, with blockchain product experience and basic blockchain knowledge.
  2. Minimum 3 years of product-related experience with business development responsibilities.
  3. Sharp market insight with the ability to respond quickly to industry changes and formulate appropriate strategies.
  4. Hands-on knowledge and understanding of Blockchain technology, with a willingness to learn new industry knowledge and strong execution.
  5. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media campaigns, and community engagement is a plus.
  6. Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) and manage external relationships.
  7. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform growth strategies and optimize performance.
  8. Work experience in/with layer 1 or layer 2 companies is a plus.
  9. Business level English required.
