We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Product Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be groomed to focus on becoming an expert in our water quality instruments and their applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a deep understanding of our water quality instruments and their applications.
· Provide excellent technical support to distributors and internal teams.
· Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting of our products.
· Process warranty claims, provide return goods authorization (RGA) numbers, and monitor shipments of warranty replacements.
· Collaborate with our graphics designer to prepare application notes, technical tips, videos, flyers, manuals, posters, and brochures.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product expertise.
· Visit distributors and customers to conduct training, seminars, and workshops.
· Assist in the development of product documentation such as manuals and training materials such as presentation slides and frequently asked questions.
· Plan and arrange webinars, distributors’ seminars, and product launches.
· Prepare and release newsletters.
· Stay updated with industry trends and advancements by attending exhibitions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, preferably with a background in Chemistry or Environmental Science.
· Minimum of 2 years of laboratory testing experience, preferably with electrochemistry products such as meters and electrodes.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Willing to travel and learn.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
