About the role:

We are looking to hire a Product Director for Treasury & Investments to help us redefine how businesses manage their finances and execute on that vision. In particular, all aspects pertaining to treasury: from core Financial products - traditionally offered by Financial institutions - to related daily operations - traditionally facilitated by separate software tools. As the Product Director you will own P&L and work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the product. This is a fast-paced and highly-impactful role for a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-define the long term vision for Aspire’s treasury & investment products with the executive team.
• Define the strategy and roadmap to deliver on that vision over the next 5 years, taking into account the specific needs of each client segment in the markets we serve, and the regulatory and competitive constraints in each jurisdiction where we operate.
• Take full ownership of the P&L, set financial targets, manage budgets, and drive the growth of the Treasury & Investments.
• Work closely with licensing, compliance, regulatory, engineering, and the heads of other product verticals to execute on your roadmap.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to craft and execute GTM strategies for products in each market, ensuring strong PMF and traction.
• Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team comprising product, risk, operations, sales, marketing, and engineering to achieve P&L goals.
• Build the team you’ll need to execute on the above.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• 4+ years of experience in investment products for businesses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to structure, synthesize information, and present to executives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• International work experience - US, Europe, Asia.
• Strategy consulting background at a top-tier firm.
• Alumni of a top-tier university globally.
