A Product Development Specialist develops products, strategies, and business plans, ensuring products meet market needs and are successfully launched, working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualisation and Ideation: Contributes to generating new product ideas and concepts, identifying market opportunities and unmet customer needs.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conducts market research to understand target audiences, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends, informing product development decisions.
3. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborates with stakeholders to define product strategies, roadmaps, and product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
4. Product Development Process: Oversees the product development process, from initial concept to product launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
5. Prototyping and Testing: Participates in the creation and testing of prototypes, gathering feedback and iterating on designs to optimize product functionality and user experience.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintains accurate documentation of product specifications, development processes, and test results, facilitating knowledge sharing and future product iterations.

1. Degree or Diploma in Business or equivalent.
2. 3 years of relevant experience for diploma holders.
3. Pleasant, can communicate well with manufacturers in Mandarin.
4. Proficient in English, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
