Product Development Executive (Chemical / Fragrance MNC) #HHL

Passionate about innovation in pharmaceutical and fragrance formulations? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to drive quality improvement projects, evaluate new materials, and manage formulation scale-ups from lab to production. If you have a background in pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field and experience in R&D or quality management, this is your chance to make an impact.

• Work independently on quality improvement projects for existing formulations.
• Conduct assessments of new and alternative sources for both raw materials and packaging materials.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of formulations, source evaluations, procedures, observations, and results.
• Develop and manage formula qualifications, including relevant documentation for lab scale-up and production scale-up to pilot production for both new products and alternative sources.
• Perform stability testing and other necessary tests, such as container-closure compatibility studies, and maintain relevant data.
• Conduct odour and sensory tests for all relevant samples.
• Stay updated on new concepts, materials, and processes in the medical and fragrance fields through proactive research on raw material innovations and emerging development.
• Manage routine laboratory housekeeping and day-to-day laboratory operations.
• Stay informed about regulations related to active ingredient standards.
• Perform any other quality-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical, formulation, or fragrance industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems.
• Proficient in lab testing and R&D activities related to formulation or fragrance.
• Experience in laboratory management with knowledge of cGMP.
• Expertise in scaling up processes from lab to pilot production and full-scale manufacturing.
