Product Development and Management

Product Development & Structuring:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to conceptualize, design, and launch new financial products tailored to meet market demand within the Private Equity Fund of Funds structure.
• Leverage your experience in investment banking to develop innovative investment strategies, focusing on creating products that address specific needs in the market (e.g., acquisition finance, structured finance, or leveraged finance).
• Conduct detailed financial modeling, structuring, and analysis to support product development, ensuring that products align with the firm's goals and client expectations.

Market Analysis & Research:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends in private equity, venture capital, and other asset classes.
• Analyze competitors' offerings, client demands, and regulatory conditions to help shape the firm's product strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Client & Investor Relations:

• Assist in managing investor relations by effectively communicating the firm's products, structure, and performance, and responding to client queries and concerns.
• Work closely with institutional clients to understand their investment needs and tailor products to match their risk profiles and investment goals.

Portfolio Management & Monitoring:

• Support the ongoing management of the product portfolio, monitoring performance, risk exposure, and market dynamics.
• Conduct regular reviews of fund performance and product metrics, identifying potential improvements and optimization strategies for existing products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, risk, operations, and the investment team, to ensure product feasibility, regulatory compliance, and successful execution.
• Assist senior team members in executing fund investments, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives for growth.

Risk Management:

• Identify and manage the financial, operational, and regulatory risks associated with the development and management of investment products.
• Support senior leadership in implementing and maintaining risk management strategies to safeguard the firm's assets and investor interests.
