Product Designer [B2B Applications/ Complex Product Design]

This is a 6-months contract role based in Singapore on renewal basis.

Must Have:

We are looking for candidates with experience in large MNC environments, preferably in Tech.

Strong experience in handling Complex Product Designing.

Experience in working on Consumer Facing Product (B2B/B2C).

Responsibilities:

• Leads and delivers design projects of large and (or) ambiguous scope.
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for billions of users. Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces.
• Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of the company's products.
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship.
• Lead a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch.

Requirement:

• Have 7-10 years of experience in mobile app and web design in an MNC environment.
• Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration.
• Examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment such as taking on mentorship opportunities.
• Technical skillsets: Figma, Presentation Decks, Google Slides.
