What it's about

As a member of the Product Reporting team at Partners Group in Singapore, you will play a vital role in timely completion of systems and data related requests coming from different stakeholders internally and externally with a focus on Accounting and Treasury. You also will be involved in various data and system related projects and initiatives. This role will provide you with the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful changes within the organization. Main Responsibilities:

1. Has a clear understanding of processes, roles and responsibilities across Product Reporting as well as other stakeholders across the company
2. Handle data and/or system related change management requests for all Partners Group programs impacting all existing systems in accordance with a pre-defined process
3. Handle system related product onboarding tasks
4. Support accounting teams in data reconciliations
5. Dealing with ad-hoc requests from various business teams
6. Engage in process and data relevant improvement initiatives

What we expect:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
2. Meticulous and analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills
3. Well organized, self-driven and enjoys autonomy
4. Deadline-oriented with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently
5. IT affinity a plus, strong MS Office know-how
6. Able to integrate into a dynamic and multi-cultural team
