Job description

Product Knowledge and Support:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio.
  • Provide technical support to customers and the sales team regarding product features, specifications, and applications.
  • Assist in the preparation of product documentation, including datasheets, manuals, and user guides.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to respond to customer inquiries and provide product-related solutions.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and tracking sales orders.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints and work with the relevant teams to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on orders and service requests.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance existing products or develop new ones.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales support activities, customer feedback, and product performance.

Training and Education:

  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team and customers on product features and best practices.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing education efforts.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the latest product information.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement within the sales support function.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biological Science, Microbiology, Nursing or any health sciences or any related field.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of the company's products.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
