Product and Project Manager (Fintech / Software App) - spvw

We are looking for an experienced Product / Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end projects while delivering innovative FinTech products. This role will require you to balance the responsibilities of both product development and project management, ensuring smooth execution, from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and launch of payment products (web and app) and backend management platforms.
• Lead project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, technical, risk, compliance, and management, to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Identify business requirements, gather stakeholder insights, and document product features and enhancements specifications.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept design, prototyping, and user story creation, to post-launch optimization and support.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively.
• Continuously monitor project performance and product impact, optimizing using a data-driven approach.
• Conduct extensive market research and analysis capability to ensure product's competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager in the FinTech/Payments industry.
• Good understanding of the risk and compliance risk/issue in payment products. Delivering payment solutions with a deep understanding of global payment ecosystems (e.g., eWallets, bank transfers, cards).
• Prior hands-on experience with software development and web technologies.
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle with experience in various stages, including prototype wireframe, writing user stories, UI/UX design, test case review, production support, and optimizing operational processes.
• Prior experience in FinTech projects (Trading/Blockchain/Capital Markets/Financial Payment/Fiat) will be an added advantage.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to design product performance dashboards and optimize the product through a data-driven approach.
