Product Analyst

What you'll be doing

• Work with Product Owner, Software Architect, Developers, Project Manager and customers/ end users (e.g. doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrators, IT Manager, etc.) on roadmap, enhancements and change requests in our market-driven product design process to strengthen our SaaS care management system.
• Participate in requirement study, research, feasibility study, functional analysis and design phases, functional testing, user acceptance testing and end-user training.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product or functional specifications, user stories and test cases that drive the software development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management and technical support to align on product strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Perform technical and business impact analysis for modifications needed in existing web-based SaaS/SOA and bespoke applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting software applications and system issues.
• Chance to participate in consulting and proof-of-concept/ pilot and other trailblazing/ meaningful projects.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 3-5 solid years of relevant working experience, preferably working as product owner, product manager, functional consultant, business analyst, system analyst, IT analyst, product analyst, analyst programmer, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and customers/ end-users (including doctors, nurses, social workers and healthcare professionals) regularly.
• Enjoy solving real-world problems, software/SaaS product design and management.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices will be an advantage.
• Excellent professional and working attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).
