Manage all aspects of video production and media projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches, including detailed pricing breakdowns and cost estimations to secure new projects for the Company.
Providing creative guidance throughout production to ensure the final product aligns with the client's vision and brand.
Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing professional customer support.
Conceptualizing and brainstorming, working on strategy sessions with clients on respective projects.
Ensures high-quality, brand-compliant video and media deliverables through thorough internal reviews and approvals.
Be involved in the entire project workflow from pre-production planning to final product delivery.
Ensures budget adherence and cost-effectiveness by developing and tracking expenses, negotiating with vendors, and providing detailed financial reports.
Coordinate with client and relevant team members effectively to reach project objectives.
Recruit, onboard, and manage production teams, including freelancers and external contractors.
Act as the project liaison with the client to ensure alignment - coordinate, schedule, and facilitate key meetings.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration with 3 years of relevant working experience.
Strong negotiation and budgeting skills, with a keen understanding of pricing strategies within video production and media.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
Best to have sufficient knowledge in video production and/or events.
Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go the extra mile.
Ability to generate campaign / sales / marketing proposals for clients.
Strong work commitment.
