Procurement, Manager - Corp/FT

Job Description:

Digitalisation

• Drive and collaborate on Procurement Digitalisation and Technology programs.
• Work with teams across the company to implement innovative digital solutions for Procurement processes.
• Monitor and ensure digital initiatives are effectively implemented and adopted.

Sustainability

• Coordinate and support in sustainability initiatives, conduct survey/outreach with strategic suppliers.
• Engage in programs and activities related to sustainability principles in procurement with internal and external stakeholders.

Category Management & Spend Analysis

• Work closely with multiple business areas and stakeholders to establish, develop sourcing strategies and supplier management activities with input of spend analytics and budgetary forecasts.
• Generate monthly/quarterly reports on spend analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in Procurement.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Singaporean Only
