Procurement Manager (Container Shipping, up to $8,500)

Our client is a top provider of bulk liquid logistics, offering customized solutions worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team responsible for supplier agreements aligned with sales and operation’s needs.
• Provide a comprehensive portfolio of sea freight and intermodal service providers for the Asia Pacific region.
• Conduct market research on competitor suppliers and rates, and take action based on findings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers, coordinating closely with various stakeholders.
• Oversee rate negotiations, manage supplier information in the Internal Vendor System, and support the regional procurement team in daily activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of Procurement experience in Container Shipping.
• Strong market knowledge of sea freight and transportation.
• Proficient in relevant software and excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

Salary: $6,500 to $8,500
