Procurement & Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Source and negotiate for the most favourable costs with suppliers.
2. Assist in arranging transport and prepare delivery and collection orders.
3. Ensure supplies and finished goods are delivered timely and in good condition.
4. Perform record-keeping and stock movement control of all materials, tools & kits.
5. Account for inventory and assist in good warehousing practices.
6. Assist in the issuance of materials & kits and return of damaged goods, if any.
7. Update and maintain all relevant records in an organized manner.
8. Build rapport and long-term relationships with vendors.
9. Recommend substitutions where a saving in cost or improved delivery will result.
10. Solicit and analyse quotations for stock and non-stock items.
11. Select the most competitive source and negotiate for the best deal.
12. Any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Shows great attention to detail.
2. Responsible, team player, and organized.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Have a good command of reading, writing, and typing.
5. Preferably have at least 2 years of working experience.
