Procurement Executive (Tender, Contract Management)

Adecco is partnering with a leading equipment dealer in Singapore supporting both local and overseas business. We are looking for an Procurement Executive to join their business!

The Opportunity

We are seeking a candidate who possesses strategic thinking and operational execution in procurement. This individual should excel in vendor and contract management, with a proven ability to improve processes and drive cost optimization.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West region, Pioneer Crescent
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary: up to $4000 basic + VB

The Job

• Analyzing spending patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and strategic sourcing.
• Identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce procurement costs.
• Supporting and implementing Group Procurement strategies, policies, and initiatives.
• Leading and managing procurement processes, including tender management.
• Pre-qualifying new vendors according to GPPA and Divisional SOPs.
• Classifying and managing supplier relationships.
• Monitoring strategic suppliers and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Reviewing and processing purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Conducting tenders and making recommendations to the Tender Committee.
• Analyzing demand, inventory trends, and levels.

The Talent

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• Experience in vendor and contract management
