Procurement Executive (M&E, Construction, MNC)
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a wide range of procurement activities.
- Assess and establish strong relationships with potential suppliers/vendors.
- Negotiate terms such as pricing, payment, and delivery schedules, while monitoring supplier performance for quality and cost.
- Generate and maintain changes in the Purchase Order System as needed for projects.
- Approve and analyze products and services for purchase.
- Maintain procurement data in relevant tools and applications.
- Onboard new suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and procedures are followed.
- Keep supplier contracts up to date and records organized.
- Support the quality management system (ISO 9001).
- Assist with IT coordination, including troubleshooting and managing hardware/software assets.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the procurement manager or supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related construction field
- Over 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
