Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source quotations and achieve favorable terms with suppliers.

  • Accurately process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Procurement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges.

  • Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a higher-level position, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
