Key Responsibilities:
Source quotations and achieve favorable terms with suppliers.
Accurately process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Procurement.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges.
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a higher-level position, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
