Be part of GovTech's Procurement and Contracts Division (PCD) that provides a robust and fit for purpose procurement service to streamline and see to GovTech's project needs effectively and efficiently, while ensuring public accountability.

Responsibilities

1. Be familiar with Government IM on Procurement
2. Provide guidance and consultancy to GovTech users for ITQ/RFQ/Period Contract/DC/post contract management
3. Use of in-house Purchase Request System and GeBIZ to execute the following tasks:
4. Publication of ITQ/RFQ/ITT/RFP/DC/Corrigenda via GeBIZ
5. Retrieval of bids via GeBIZ
6. Verifying details, ensuring correct approvals are obtained according to GovTech's SOPs
7. Processing awards
8. Issuance of Purchase Orders
9. Support procurement operations through use of financial system (Workday) such as creation of Supplier Contracts, Change Orders and perform housekeeping of purchase orders when required
10. Support the Procurement team in projects and initiatives to improve the procurement processes and experience of users in GovTech

Requirements

1. Knowledge in Government IM on Procurement, use of GeBIZ system will be an advantage
2. Organised and meticulous
3. Able to effectively interact with and manage stakeholders' expectations
4. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
5. Applicants with no prior experience may apply
