Job Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors to meet company requirements.
Handle daily operational purchasing needs, including planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders (POs), delivery schedules, and shipment timelines.
Coordinate and arrange shipments for local and overseas customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Support Sales team activities by assisting with customer enquiries and ensuring that product supply aligns with customer needs.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in purchasing and logistics management, preferably in the import/export industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both local and overseas vendors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Familiarity with procurement and logistics software/systems is a plus.
