Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the documentation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track and confirm order statuses and delivery timelines
  • Support the team with data entry, file management, and record-keeping in procurement systems
  • Help maintain updated supplier databases, including contact details, pricing, and product information
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports and summaries for team reviews and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team in vendor management and contract administration
  • Conduct basic market research to identify and assess potential suppliers and products
  • Support with ad-hoc procurement projects and any other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a diploma/degree program related to Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle data entry and file organization efficiently
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Enthusiasm for learning and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
