Review engineering drawings and execute experiments, calculations, and statistical controls for new products/processes.
Drive engineering activities to enhance manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Troubleshoot and redesign production processes for cleanroom and non-cleanroom operations.
Support qualification and setup of new materials, recipes, and system applications.
Identify and implement process improvements for future requirements.
Conduct equipment and material validations (IQ, OQ, PQ methodology).
Source suppliers, qualify specifications, and estimate costs for projects.
Support new business projects and implement technologies.
Train and build technical capabilities within the department.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Process Engineering.
Knowledge of manufacturing systems (e.g., CAD, ERP) and workflow simulation tools.
Experience with statistical process control and applying ISO standards (ISO13485, GDPMS).
Understanding of end-to-end processes in manufacturing and supply chain engineering.
Strong project management and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and analytical.
