Process Engineer

Work Location: Tampines Industrial

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of process technicians to optimize process-related functions and ensure efficient production.
2. Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement process operation flows that meet customer and business requirements.
3. Maintain production work instructions, including SFC control processes and SAP maintenance.
4. Lead operation teams in implementing engineering change orders (ECOs) and process improvements.
5. Drive process efficiency through continuous improvement, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.
6. Update and maintain the EC master list and track changes.
7. Prepare and update working instructions and provide training to production teams.
8. Support new product introduction (NPI) processes and mass production.
9. Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

1. Degree or diploma in engineering with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Compliance with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
