Process Engineer (East)

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support to customer engineers in developing and optimizing processes.
• Innovate and refine process formulations, define necessary equipment requirements and specifications, and review processing techniques and methods for manufacturing, fabricating, and evaluating products.
• Collaborate with engineering and scientific teams to review design requirements and ensure compatibility with processing methods.
• Gather and analyze test data to establish appropriate limits and variables for process and material specifications.
• Lead and manage projects focused on identifying and selecting new concepts, automation technologies, and methodologies for developing or enhancing processes.
• Partner closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve process integration challenges.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/Materials Science Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
• A meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player; a highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision.
• Work in a cleanroom environment.
