Process Engineer ( Chemical) - West Plant (SG)

Job Duties

1. Apply chemical knowledge to daily operation, process troubleshooting and improvement
2. Conduct and interpret Failure Analysis report, EDX, FTIR, SEM, FIB
3. Responsible for section quality KPI
4. Work with different stakeholders (i.e., production team and suppliers) to investigate and troubleshoot process-related problems
5. Initiate evaluation work procedures and improve the existing chemical processes
6. Prepare and standardize work procedures and provide training to all relevant operators
7. Responsible for quality complaints and any discrepancies that arise
8. Set quarterly MBO and review MBO (Management by Objective)
9. Initiate continuous cost reduction activities
10. Other duties as assigned
