Process Design Engineer

1. Contribute to the design of cutting-edge water and wastewater treatment systems throughout the tendering and project stages, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful change.

2. Prepare meticulous documents and drawings, including Flow diagrams, GA, and technical specifications, ensuring precision and adherence to standards.

3. Lead detailed engineering efforts for secured projects, crafting comprehensive plans encompassing PFD, PID, technical specifications, process descriptions, and control philosophy.

4. Assess engineering requirements meticulously, from equipment sizing and material selection to piping specifications, ensuring optimal process functionality.

5. Collaborate seamlessly within a team to craft compelling commercial and technical submissions for tenders and proposals, engaging with clients and suppliers to deliver outstanding results.

6. Facilitate technical discussions and clarifications with stakeholders, fostering effective communication and alignment.

7. Contribute to testing and commissioning activities, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

8. Support the preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, ensuring seamless project handover and continued excellence.

Requirements:

1. Hold a Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science.

2. Possess a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in process design for wastewater industries; senior positions available for candidates with extensive experience.

3. Demonstrate proficiency in Aerobic/Anerobic processes, membrane technology (UF, MBR), and sludge handling applications in water/wastewater treatment.

4. Exhibit self-drive, results orientation, and the ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team.

5. Prefer immediate availability or a short notice period.
