The Process Assurance Team is within Group Banking Technology (GBT), supporting the bank’s Project, Development and Technology Delivery teams to ensure process compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process. The team acts as an assurance gate for SDM major milestones to ensure entry & exit criteria are met and is responsible to review the quality of the artefacts such as functional & design specification, testing documents and other project deliverables.
This position serves as a Process Assurance Analyst for the software delivery assurance as per the established processes and guidelines. The lead will drive process compliance to all the software releases into production. The candidate will also contribute to drive continuous improvements within Software Delivery Processes.
The candidate must be skilled in verbal and written communication, as the position interfaces directly with senior project managers and delivery managers. The position requires attention to detail and accurately articulating impact in a non-technical and technical manner. Prioritizing tasks and shifting focus under pressure is critical as the team works through various competing high priority projects and releases.
