- Develop and implement Public Relation Programme to meet the project goals;
- Work closely with Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints;
- Manage feedback and complaints from external stakeholders;
- Generate reports on feedback/complaints received;
- Draft publicity materials including circulars;
- Maintain and attend to the hotline phone calls;
- Support Project Team with administrative/clerical duties;
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deems fit.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Public Relations/Communications or related field;
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related field;
