Clinical Leadership & Operations – Oversee daily clinical services, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Staff Management & Development – Supervise nursing staff, manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.

Patient-Centered Care – Enhance concierge services, optimize patient experience, and promote holistic, evidence-based care.

Resource & Strategy Optimization – Manage costs, streamline processes, ensure inventory availability, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Work closely with medical providers, administrative teams, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic efficiency.

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in any relevant field
• Advanced dip in oncology highly advantageous
• At least five years of relevant managerial experience, ideally with operational expertise in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
