Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals according to the client’s preferences and dietary needs.
  • Develop customized menus that incorporate seasonal and high-quality ingredients.
  • Ensure all meals are visually appealing, flavorful, and nutritionally balanced.
  • Handle grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and pantry stocking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety regulations.
  • Accommodate special dietary restrictions such as vegan, gluten-free, or low-carb.
  • Prepare meals for special occasions, events, or private gatherings as requested.
  • Work closely with the client to ensure satisfaction and adjust menus accordingly.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, budgeting, and cost control.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar role.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to prepare high-end, gourmet, and health-conscious meals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to travel with the client if required.
