Job Descriptions:
Plan, prepare, and serve meals according to the client’s preferences and dietary needs.
Develop customized menus that incorporate seasonal and high-quality ingredients.
Ensure all meals are visually appealing, flavorful, and nutritionally balanced.
Handle grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and pantry stocking.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety regulations.
Accommodate special dietary restrictions such as vegan, gluten-free, or low-carb.
Prepare meals for special occasions, events, or private gatherings as requested.
Work closely with the client to ensure satisfaction and adjust menus accordingly.
Manage kitchen inventory, budgeting, and cost control.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar role.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
Ability to prepare high-end, gourmet, and health-conscious meals.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Flexibility to travel with the client if required.
