Private Banking Team Head – North Asia

LMA Recruitment is partnering with a well-established international bank that has a strong presence in Asia. They are currently looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Team Head to lead the Greater China Market segment within the Private Banking segment. The ideal candidate will have experience in private banking or Private Client and a strong book of AUM as well as leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers, driving business growth in the Greater China/North Asia Market.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance client acquisition and portfolio management.
• Foster strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
• Ensure the team meets revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize product offerings and service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Private Banking or Private Client, with a strong focus on the Greater China/North Asia Market.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of Relationship Managers.
• Capable of bringing AUM.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is a plus).
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
