Assist Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships by providing timely and accurate support on client requests and inquiries.
Prepare and maintain client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct market research and prepare reports to support investment recommendations and client presentations.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates on performance, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments, including compliance, operations, and credit, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support the organization and execution of client events and meetings to enhance client engagement and relationship building.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with banking software systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
