Adecco is collaborating with a leading international bank that has a significant presence in Asia and is seeking an experienced Private Banker to join their team and support business expansion in the North Asia market.

About the Job:

• Serve as the primary advisor ensuring proactive communication and a high level of responsiveness in addressing client needs.
• Design and implement customized investment strategies and wealth management plans.
• Provide guidance on a wide range of financial services, including asset allocation, tax optimization, and estate planning.
• Drive client acquisition efforts, growing the HNW and UHNW client base through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with internal product and investment teams to deliver holistic solutions and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and make adjustments as needed to align with the bank's risk framework and ensure continued suitability for clients.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking and/or wealth management.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and economic factors.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred given the client base.
