Printer Deployment Engineer

Our client is an IT Service Provider, who provides IT support, computing parts distribution, and computing equipment resale. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Printer Deployment Engineer to support them in their growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT hardware service and support on printers for end users and corporate customers. This includes, but is not limited to hardware troubleshooting and break-fix, installation, deployment setup, relocation, and ad-hoc projects.
• Deployment scope requires performing tasks for unboxing and carrying printers for product installation services.
• Conduct basic product training and briefing to customers on the features and usage of the printers.
• Provide timely updates to customers on service appointments and service status until closure of service incidents.
• Work closely with job dispatchers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure all jobs are completed and closed timely.
• Timely escalation to supervisors on customer satisfaction issues and technical challenges.
• Timely, proper, and accurate updates on job progress status.
• Gather customer sign-off and submit forms for job completion.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Other information:

• Work scope coverage hours between Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
• Willing to travel to various parts of Singapore based on customer address location.
• Travel expenses via separate reimbursement or company grab card usage based on official work-related requests.
• Willing to consider working on certain weekends (Saturday or Sunday) should there be requests for overtime demand.
• Adhere to company code of conduct, employee handbook, and other HR policies. 12 months contract (renewable).
• Salary range ($2,400 - $3,000).
