We are looking for dedicated Principal/Assistant Principal with a progressive mindset.

This position is for flexi hours/part time/hybrid work hours post in a small and low ratio preschool.

Candidate is required to have Dip (Leadership) in Early Childhood Education recognized by ECDA: DPL.

Candidates who are completing the ADCEL course are welcome to apply; guidance will be provided for candidates who want to venture into this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loves to work with Children and fellow Team Members with a progressive mindset.
2. Good career progression for the right person. Training and support will be given to the candidate to excel in this Early Childhood Education Sector Management Role.
3. Be part of the management team to drive school expansion and meet ECDA requirements.
4. Act as a bridge between management and our preschool team.
5. Monitor, develop/maintain/execute engaging lesson plans for children.
6. In charge of preschool enrollment and parent engagement.
7. Manage fellow Team members' duty roster, vet lesson plans, conduct lesson evaluations, manage portfolios, and coach team members.
8. Work in a fun-filled environment with teammates that emphasize teamwork through overseas team-building trips.
9. Familiarity with SPARKS, Healthy Meals program, etc., will be a plus point but not a pre-requisite.
10. Encourage dynamic candidates who aspire to take the next step in preschool leadership to apply. Support and guidance will be provided from HQ and mentored by our director.

This is a Flexi-time role (work hours, work from home hours - open for discussion).

Expected hours: 16 per week.
