The Opportunity

As the Principal Solution Architect you will lead APAC and South-east Asia pre-sales activities for key accounts & large scale opportunities within our Professional Services team! The ideal candidate will be a passionate and highly effective communicator, who understands digital transformation and CX, with strong content management and enterprise architecture experience. In this role you will work closely with top brands in the region and our most strategic customers in collaboration with our sales and service delivery teams to lead overall engagement aspiration.

A bit more about you

The Principal Solution Architect will be responsible for prioritizing and developing new business, both directly and by engaging with the broader team of solution architects. Providing technical leadership and education to our customers, with the ability to craft and present compelling services and solution propositions. A customer centric mind-set is needed to uncover new opportunities and bring about improvements to our Professional Services GTM.

What You'll Do

  • Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving key strategic opportunities with our top customers in partnership with the sales and delivery teams.
  • Partner with the account teams, delivery teams, product engineering and professional services sales executives to deliver business growth and customer success/ROI.
  • Work closely with the customer’s architects, business and technical stakeholders to build trust and establish credibility.
  • Plan and lead workshops to uncover needs, identify customer business objectives and challenges to be solved.
  • Lead in creating and presenting holistic services responses and proposals including services scope, staffing and roadmaps to deliver against customers objectives.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Extensive experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization
  • In-depth understanding of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, Mobile strategies etc.)
  • Demonstrated experiences in leading professional services pre-sales for large services engagements end-to-end from discovery, solution architecture, effort estimation, proposal building and presentation, business value demonstration
  • Balance of business and technology skills; ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to produce clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
  • Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution
