Job description
Responsibilities:
Business Performance and Management
Achieve monthly sales target via sale of Wealth products while abiding financial regulatory requirements throughout the selling process.
To build strong banking relationship with customers by providing quality financial advice and ensuring customer satisfaction at the same time.
Evaluate customers' needs and provide solutions in the areas of wealth protection and accumulation, retirement planning, estate preservation and endowment planning.
Design and recommend wealth solutions to meet the objectives of the customers.
Take initiative to plan and organize daily schedule for various sales generating activities.
Conduct daily calls to the customers in their portfolio base to arrange for appointments and to offer assistance to them.
Regularly update clients on their holdings and investment performance.
Achieve monthly sales target for various banking products with consistency.
Fulfil training requirements set by the organization.
Ensure completeness and accuracy in application process to minimize reworks.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with Group Policy and Standards and procedures of the Bank.
Ensure sales process is met and followed throughout, maintaining BSC grading of A/B.
Ensure proper screening and gathering of customer information to satisfy KYC procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma from a local institution.
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements: M5, M6, M6A, M8, M9, M8A, M9A, M1B, and HI.
