Job description

Compensation & Payroll Execution

  • Support the annual review process for salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Verify payroll data, salary adjustments, and incentive payouts to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Administer performance reviews, facilitate the annual budgeting process, and ensure compensation structures are aligned and integrated across departments.
  • Ensure that compensation and payroll activities are executed accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment with company policies, compliance with statutory regulations, and integration across business units.
  • Compensation data analysis: Analysing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, and making recommendations for salary offers.
  • Employee support: Advising employees on personnel issues, including C&B and policy explanations

Benefits Administration

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance (e.g., annual insurance renewal) and other benefits. Ensure benefits compliance with statutory requirements, address employee inquiries, and work with external vendors to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of employee benefits programs that meet statutory requirements, employee needs, and cost-efficiency goals.

Project & HRIS Management

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives such ascontinuous improvement of HR processes and systems (e.g., HRIS migration, e-Appraisals enhancement)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related matters, ensuring the effective use of systems to support HR processes.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors/Prosoft, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ensure HR systems are optimized to support the organization’s HR processes and data management needs while maintaining system integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.

Managing Absence Active Management (AAM) Program:

  • Handle all queries, processes, and documentation related to AAM.
  • Coordinate with employees, managers, and relevant departments to resolve AAM-related matters promptly.
  • Track and analyse absence records, recovery updates, and other relevant data to monitor program progress.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and statutory requirements.

Other

  • Support the C&B Manager in updating HR policies to comply with government legislation and internal standards. Ensure that HR workflows and processes operate efficiently and are compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure that the HR department operates in accordance with legal requirements and company policies, supporting efficient HR operations and minimising compliance risks.
  • Involve with adhoc HR projects and at times to take on the role of a HR Service Partner

Qualification/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with experience in payroll, compliance, well-versed in employment act and HR Policy
  • Experience in salary benchmarking, payroll, benefits administration, and incentive plan design.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Problem-solver with good time management skill
  • Resourceful and meticulous
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation-related software (e.g. SuccessFactors, Prosoft).
