Principal Engineer (Dry Etching) / Process Engineer (Diffusion) [Semiconductor]

Our client is a leading semiconductor manufacturing company who's seeking for passionate professionals to join the dynamic team. Currently, we're recruiting for 1 Senior / Process Engineer (Diffusion) & 1 principal equipment engineer (Dry Etching)

1. Process Engineer (Diffusion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize diffusion processes to enhance production yield and efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor diffusion processes preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

2. Principal Equipment Engineer (Dry Etching)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance and optimization of dry etching equipment to support production.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of experience with semiconductor dry etching equipment.
• Deep technical knowledge of etching processes and tools.
• Leadership experience in managing equipment engineering teams.
